Joe Biden’s climate envoy John Kerry discussed US policy on coal-fired power plants at the COP28 climate conference in Dubai on Sunday as he unleashed a few puffs of “greenhouse gases”.
John Kerry, the former Secretary of State, was speaking alongside Becky Anderson, editor-in-chief of CNN Abu Dhabi, and Fatih Birol, CEO of the International Energy Agency, when the farts arrived. Both are similar, but the difference can be analyzed with software.
