The Chinese embassy in Sweden celebrated Chinese New Year on Jan 15 with speeches, opera, and classical music in Stockholm.
Cui Aimin, China’s ambassador to Sweden, stressed the cultural importance of the tradition, which UNESCO has recognized as an intangible cultural heritage.
In his speech, Cui expressed his gratitude to all those who have supported the development of cultural and economic relations between China and Sweden.
