The Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC): ”The main problem of the world economy is the need for interconnection, based on both cooperation and friendship, in terms of economic development. The only way that economic development proceeds effectively is with the essential development of modern infrastructure. Interview with Stephen Brawer, Chairman of the Belt and Road Institute in Sweden.”

Stephen Brawer explains his views for the NewsVoice readers:

The irrational orientation of Swedish decision-makers to hysterically continue to insist on Sweden joining NATO and maintaining a one-sided perspective in favor of the G7, and the European Union needs to change sooner rather than later.

The demonization of Russia and Putin and China and Xi Jinping is nothing but a clear reflection of the refusal of an “Aristocratic Policy Elite” to allow any reporting that does not fit into their narrative of how they wish to perceive world events.

The truth of the matter is that over 150 nations from around the globe are voluntarily agreeing to cooperate with China on the Belt and Road Initiative. This is a global orientation for infrastructure development and modernization, of water projects, advanced train and road transport, and electrical power.

This is something the old dollar-based system, including the World Bank, the IMF (International Monetary Fund), and the G7, have failed to provide to developing countries for more than 75 to 80 years, since the end of World War ll.

The great majority of the world’s population will no longer follow the direction of these failed neo-colonial powers. The BRICS, Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa is getting increasing requests for membership from Saudi Arabia, Iran, and many leading nations of Africa, and South America.

In fact, it is reported that up to 80 nations are interested in joining the BRICS. Yet not even one is from the G7 or Western European members of the EU. The old cold warriors are once again working day and night to promote conflict and confrontation.

My interview with the Russian International Affairs Council, is a part of my work, as the Chairman of the Belt and Road Institute in Sweden to promote a different pathway, that of cooperation and dialogue.

It is in the interests of Sweden to change direction 180 degrees and join the BRI, and the majority of the human race.

I hope this interview and its publication in Sweden can help inspire other Swedish citizens to join this fight for reason and put to rest the irrationalism that is endangering all of our lives.
