A new study published in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons has raised alarms over the safety of COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, presenting evidence that they may be directly responsible for a wave of fatalities, autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular issues, and even aggressive ”turbo” cancers.
The research, led by author William J. Zywiec, M.D., analyses autopsy data, military health records, and clinical studies to argue that these vaccines, described as products of gain-of-function research, have caused widespread harm and should be discontinued immediately.
The study’s core finding stems from a review of 325 autopsy cases, where researchers determined a high likelihood of causal links between vaccination and death. These deaths were attributed to multi-organ injuries, including damage to the heart, lungs, and immune system, mediated by the vaccines’ spike protein.
”This represents strong pathological confirmation of vaccine-induced mortality,” the study states, citing work by Hulscher et al. published in ESC Heart Failure earlier this year.
Drawing from the U.S. Department of Defense’s Medical Epidemiology Database (DMED), the paper highlights dramatic spikes in health issues among active-duty military personnel following the vaccine rollout.
Compared to 2016-2020 baselines, diagnoses in 2023 showed myocarditis up by 153.8%, digestive organ cancers by 46.3%, and brain cancers by 40.1%.
Other notable increases included overweight/obesity and suicidal ideation, with the study noting that vaccine mandates led to the separation of 95,000 service members, impacting military readiness.
Autoimmune diseases emerged as a significant concern, with a systematic review of 928 cases revealing that 81.5% were new-onset conditions post-vaccination, including Guillain-Barré syndrome, immune thrombocytopenia, and systemic lupus erythematosus.
Tragically, 4.7% of these cases resulted in death. The study attributes these to immunological disruptions caused by the mRNA technology.

Cardiovascular risks were equally stark. Analysing data from over 184 million individuals across multiple large-scale studies, the research found a 510% increased risk of myocarditis and a 286% higher chance of myocardial infarction after mRNA vaccination.
Pregnancy complications were also flagged, with an 81% miscarriage rate in early gestation reported in Pfizer’s post-market surveillance, alongside evidence of mRNA crossing the placenta, potentially harming fetal development.
The paper goes further, linking the vaccines to a post-2021 surge in ”turbo cancers”, aggressive, rapidly progressing tumours often diagnosed at late stages. Mechanisms proposed include lymphopenia, elevated IgG4 antibodies, and spike protein interference with tumour suppression genes.
At its root, the study claims SARS-CoV-2 itself bears hallmarks of laboratory engineering, such as a furin cleavage site and HIV-like inserts, tying it to gain-of-function experiments like the DEFUSE proposal.
Zywiec argues that the pandemic response, including mandatory vaccinations, violated principles of public health, medical freedom, and bodily autonomy, amplifying ”devastating health impacts.”
In its conclusions, the research demands a moratorium on mRNA vaccines and calls for investigations into the motives behind their development and deployment.
”The unchecked expansion of next-generation mRNA platforms poses significant risks,” it warns, urging a reevaluation of innovation versus safety to avert future crises.
The Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons, published by the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, has a history of challenging mainstream medical consensus on topics like vaccines.
