Once the Third World War is declared, Biden will proceed to declare Martial Law or State of War and his first decision will be to imprison Donald Trump and members of his government accused of ”complicity with the Russian enemy”. This will make their 20 January 2025 inauguration impossible.

Zelensky remains adamant about involving NATO in an open war against Russia, so the globalists of Biden and Soros would decide to unleash an open war against Russia to leave a legacy to Trump.

According to the New York Times and the Washington Post, Biden would permit Zelenski to attack troops and nerve facilities on Russian soil with ATACMS long-range missiles. This move would be a quantitative leap of unknown dimensions that would seek the response of Putin through the use of tactical nuclear weapons and to trigger the Third World War, Trump being a stone guest.

Thus, according to Russia’s Russian Nuclear Doctrine, Putin could use such weapons ”in response to the use of nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction against him or his allies”, as well as ”in the event of aggression against the Russian Federation by conventional weapons when the very existence of the state is in danger”.

The Russian Federation will be able to use its nuclear arsenal in case ”an enemy attack with conventional weapons threatens the existence of Russia”, which would be fulfilled in the case of a Ukrainian attack on Russian territory with ATACMS long-range missiles.

This law is:

”…an exceptional statute of application of ordinary legal norms by which extraordinary powers are granted to the armed forces or police in respect of the administration of jurisdiction and the maintenance of public order, security or defence of the State”.

Martial law suspends all existing laws, civil authority, and the ordinary administration of justice. It may be declared by proclamation of the President or a state governor and is usually invoked in times of war, rebellion, natural disaster, or serious social disturbances.

Happy Martial Law

Does the Pentagon support martial law and a nuclear war?

In an article published at the Quincy Institute entitled ”Reflection on Nuclear War, Biden’s New Nuclear Strategy and the super-fuse that Activates It,” Dr Theodore Postol of MIT states that:

”It is now possible, at least according to nuclear war-fighting strategies, that the US will attack the more than 300 silo-based ICBMs that China has been building since about 2020 with the copious number of 100 kt Trident II W-76 warheads available.

The rapid expansion of the W-76 100 kt hard-target killing capability also makes it possible for the United States to simultaneously attack the approximately 300 Russian silo-based ICBMs”.

”The super warheads now being loaded into US missiles would be specifically designed for a simultaneous first-strike nuclear lightning attack against Russia, China and North Korea, to eliminate their capacity for retaliation and thus win a Third World War and then take control of the entire world”.

However, according to the Union of Concerned Scientists (U.S.), a Princeton University simulation of a US-Russian conflict that begins with the use of a tactical nuclear weapon predicts: ”a rapid escalation that would leave more than 90 million dead and wounded” with the potential for the outbreak of a low-intensity nuclear conflict to degenerate into a large-scale nuclear conflagration with disastrous results for the Humanity.

A study published in the journal Nature states that a large-scale nuclear conflict between the United States and Russia would cause more than 5 billion deaths in the two years following the impacts, and most of the casualties would be caused by the subsequent nuclear winter.
