NewsVoice är en oberoende nättidning med utgivningsbevis som startade 2011. Syftet är att publicera nyheter, debattartiklar, kommentarer och analyser. 
Black Vault testar nu ett nytt uppdaterat arkiv med 1 338 282 dokument och rapporter som tidigare varit hemligstämplade av den amerikanska regeringen, meddelar arkivets upphovsman John Greenewald, Jr.

Greenewald förklarar:
”The case file system is also about to come online. Although the old database is still accessible, the new site will feature exciting new features, including a global map integrating each and every case file in the database, each with it’s own icon representing the type of case file. It was a very exciting feature to implement, as I put more and more information in the new site, it’s fun to see that map grow.”
Black Vault har även en app för smartphones.
De flesta dokumenten har frisläppts tack vare den amerikanska offentlighetsprincipen Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
