In this episode Astrid and I talk about WHOs real plan and what is going on with the pandemic treaty, which was halted for now. Is it still a threat and what does that mean for member states globally? What can we as individuals do to have an impact on the policy level? How can we change the narrative?

We also get into the mRNA vaccines and recent findings of nanoparticles and other alarming ingredients. What is shedding and does it happen?

We talk about how we can protect ourselves and heal from the shots and the potential shedding and stay healthy during these critical times.
