Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghci emphasised the importance of the media in diplomacy, noting that they work together to realise national interests.
Araghchi spoke during a weekly press briefing. He mentioned that he had often said that diplomacy and the media move in step and that they have always sought to achieve national goals together.
“I have often said that diplomacy and media move in step with each other. Diplomacy, the battlefield, and the media advance together, and we have always sought to achieve national interests side by side,” he said.
He also expressed his appreciation to journalists and wished the people of Iran and media members a happy and prosperous new year.
