In an alarming development, drones with unknown origins have been spotted across multiple states on the East Coast of the United States, prompting widespread speculation and concern.
According to a post by Next News Network, these drones, which have been observed flying at low altitudes, are part of a covert operation by the Office of Global Access (OGA), a secretive government agency. The mission, as per the unconfirmed report, involves tracking gamma rays potentially linked to weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) in a massive counter-terrorism effort.
The drones are said to be equipped for surveillance, scanning for signals that might indicate the presence of nuclear or radiological devices. The alleged operation aims to detect communications related to these devices, partner with law enforcement for swift action, and prevent mass panic while conducting intelligence operations.
However, no US agencies have confirmed all these claims.
Still, this rumour has sparked a frenzy of responses on social media, with users expressing everything from concern to scepticism about the government’s transparency and intentions.
Criticism has emerged regarding the lack of public communication from federal agencies.
Republican Andy Kim of New Jersey has voiced frustration over the inadequate information flow from the FBI and Homeland Security, questioning the government’s capabilities in drone detection and countermeasures.
Similarly, Governor Larry Hogan of Maryland has called the federal government’s response ”entirely unacceptable,” highlighting the public’s growing anxiety over these unidentified aerial vehicles.

Other social media users have shared their observations or concerns about these drones, adding to the mystery. Collin Rugg notes that such sightings extend beyond New Jersey to New York and Pennsylvania.
This widespread sighting has led to speculation about the drones’ purpose and origin, with some suggesting they could be part of a more extensive, undisclosed operation or even a false flag event.

The situation has not gone unnoticed by military commentators, who reference the capabilities of agencies like the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Justice under recent legislative proposals like H.R.8610, which would expand drone-countering authorities.
As drones continue to be a topic of heated discussion, the public demands more transparency. Drones’ activities remain shrouded in secrecy, with local law enforcement and federal agencies seemingly at odds over communication and operational transparency.
